extension to heathfield sand and gravel quarry-Event 2
Munro Construction (Highland) Ltd intend to submit a planning application for the proposed extension of the Heathfield Sand and Gravel Quarry at Wester and Easter Coillemore. The extension allows for the removal of approximately 500,000 tonnes of sand and gravel, with land reinstatement including new ponds.
A drop-in consultation event will take place on Tuesday 23 June from 3.00-4.30pm and 5.30-7pm and on Tuesday 7th July from 3.00-4.30pm and 5.30-7pmn at the Station Hotel Alness. The event will provide more detailed information on the application proposals, taking account of comments received at intoductory drop-in event in May. It is open to all. Responses will be fully considered but are not representations to the Council. If the planning application is submitted,there will be an opportunity to make representations on the application to the Council.
